Falling leaves

Leafdrop

To complement Aunt Lilian's photos on 'Leaves' here's one of my own. Fallen leaf nestled in the midst of a moss covered boulder with miniature pine cover in the background. Taken at the Japanese Tea House at Bukit Tinggi, Pahang, 2004.

Amazing picture for this one. A good 'zen' feel. :) At first look, I thought it was one scene in Japan. :P

Another one of those great pictures which shows, with clarity, the beauty of little, little things. How did you do it this time? :)

oooOOOO, I love moss. I took a few macro shots of moss before. You always have such nice photos, Kervin. The dried leave sort of look sad in the freshness of the moss. Gee...maybe I am rambling, auntie amongst young people. Hohohoho.

fish fish: The Japanese tea house there is lovely, moss covered paths, quaint bamboo hut, running rivers and shady trees. Very tranqual. Would like to see a zen garden in Japan in person someday, the one with raked stones in temples.

iblogme: Actually it was just point and click, not much just saw it and notice the nice subject matter. Wanted to catch a pic like this for some time now.

5Xmom: not sad, maybe death yet amidst life, it could even symbolize renewal haha. No auntie, ramble away :D
