When I was a kid, I once visited an exhibition in my dad's hospital. Well, after seeing all the body parts and other stuff I couldn't eat for 3 days.
One of the exhibits was like the once in your pic. Only thing was that it was real and not a dummy.
That why I couldn't become a medical doctor.
