Yar Char Kui
Yar Char Kui is a Chinese dish that is often served during breakfast but is generally eaten throughout the day. It is a double joined dough stick that is deep fried until it reaches a deep golden colouration and achieves a crispy texture. It is eaten by iteself or can be served with porridge where you deep it into the gruel for added taste. If left overnight, it is often used as addition to Bak Kut Teh, herbal pork broth.
