Christmas Scenes in Kuala Lumpur

Every year Kuala Lumpur turns from a tropical paradise into a snowy winter wonderland. Nevermind that snow never fall here or that most Christmas trees are fake, its the illusion that important. Thus each shopping mall often puts up a magnificent display during this season to attract shopper. Richly decorated facades, fancy dress parades, rides, Christmas goodies and giveaways, meet Santa session, Christmas sales you name it. Truly commercialisation of Christ's day has never been more apparent. But enough dogma, the decorations are extremely nice, each mall really did go all out especially with 1 Utama's large animatronic drummers, the lavishly un-Chrismassy fairy tale setting at Midvalley to the more sombre and traditional decorated Christmas tree at Berjaya Times Square. Well Christmas is near and everyone I know is already in the holiday mood.
